Customer Service/Sales Representative (Remote)

Thank you for your interest in working with Doxie Staffing & Service as a remote customer service agent. In order to be considered for partnership, please complete this application in its entirety. 


We are hiring Independent Contractors (IC) to take inbound customer service/sales calls remotely from home. In addition, you will be able to choose from a range of Fortune 500 companies to provide service for, and set your own hours of availability. As an IC you are responsible for any costs associated with certification, and any necessary equipment for service completion. All occupational expenses are tax deductible. Inbound Call Center Job Description

Promptly answer and navigate incoming calls from customers. Professionally respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information. 

​

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Promptly answer customer calls and emails 

Handle customer inquiries by telephone and email

Research required information using available resources 

Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

Provide customers with product and service information

Data entry for new customer information 

Update existing customer information

Process orders, forms, and applications

Identify and manage customer issues 

Route calls to appropriate resources 

Follow up customer calls when necessary 

Document call information, per standard operating procedure, if applicable


Education and Experience 

High School Diploma or Equivalent 

Proficient in Relevant Computer Applications

Familiarity with web based programs

General knowledge of customer service practices and principles 

Experience in a call center or customer service center (preferred)

Proficiency in the English Language, both written and verbal

Able to Work Independently 

Able to work a minimum of 15hrs per week (some weekend hours may be required based on the job)
