Is Doxie Staffing & Service For Me?

If your goal is to create your own hours, build your personal finances, and enjoy the freedom of working from home; then Doxie Staffing & Service is for you. We offer our clients the opportunity to work with multiple companies, and gain customer service skills.

How is Doxie Staffing & Service different from other agencies?

Doxie Staffing & Service is a fully virtual staffing company. No unexpected office meetings, or costs for travel.

What is the certification requirement?

Upon successful completion of the registration process, your next step will be to enroll in the client certification course of your choice. Courses may take as little as three weeks, or as long as eight weeks, to complete depending on the program selected. You are required to select and complete a certification course prior to working with any service partners.

You are responsible for the full cost of the certification course. BUT! Great news. We offer a tiered Certification Reimbursement Program up to $75, and all course costs are tax deductible. 

Why is there a background check?

Call centers provide important services using a third party platform for client programs, with a vested interest in protecting the property, safety and welfare of its employees, clients and their customers.

A background check is required to confirm that each individual providing services on behalf of a call center is free of disqualifying criminal convictions.

​

Only criminal convictions are considered and a conviction does not necessarily preclude an individual from providing services on behalf of a call center as an agent. When evaluating this information, All relevant factors are considered including the bearing the criminal offense may have on the services required by the particular client program.
 

What Will I Need?

The beauty of working from home is that the primary tool is you! It is advised to have a high speed internet connection, working computer, a microphone headset, and a quiet space for work. Please review the System & Equipment Policy prior to applying to ensure that you have all of the necessary tools for success. You can also purchase equipment HERE

What is my employment status?

As an agent of Doxie Staffing & Service, you will be hired as an independent contractor. Independent contractor classification means that you are responsible for self scheduling your work hours, as well as, payment of your state and federal taxes. You will complete a W9 form, and receive a 1099 tax document during tax season. As a 1099 you are not an employee, you are a hired agent in contract with Doxie Staffing & Service.

Are there any initial or ongoing fees and expenses?

Platform Usage Fee: Twice a month, service agents are charged $19.75 for each active agent registered to use the third party platform. This is not a fee deducted by Doxie Staffing & Service. This fee is deducted by the third party platform as a usage fee. The fee gives you ongoing access to 24/7 tech support, customer service agent support, and step by step tools to help you navigate the third party platform. 

 

Admin Fee: Doxie Staffing & Service deducts a service fee of 8.5% of total agent earnings + $10 from agents each pay period. The administration fee allows Doxie Staffing & Service to provide agents with ongoing resources and support, access to recognizable Fortune 500 companies, as well as, relevant updates on service opportunities. 
 

Is there a minimum requirement for hours worked?

The average service provider requests that service agents work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

What are the incentives?

Along with the tiered Certification Reimbursement Program, Doxie Staffing & Service periodically offers cash incentives, and bonuses, for completing extra certification courses and working with specific service partners.

How much will I earn?

Doxie Staffing & Service partners with a platform that will allow you to choose from an array of Fortune 500 companies. These companies have average payout ranges from $10/hr to $20/hr, depending on the opportunity that is chosen. Doxie Staffing & Service also offers various reimbursement and incentive programs periodically. Agents who choose to work with Doxie Staffing & Service are able to set their own hours, after fully completing the certification period, and EARN AS MUCH, or as little, as they would like. Ultimately, each agent will be the MASTER OF THEIR OWN FINANCES and THE MAKER OF THEIR OWN SUCCESS.
